Tonight concluded the Gentle Yoga - Summer Session 1. Next week we begin the Gentle Yoga - Summer Session 2. THERE ARE ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT!Gentle enough for newbies and challenging enough for the athletic, this class focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Focus on basic asana (postures), strengthening the core, as well as strengthening the muscles. Class begins with breath and centering. Then it moves to asana, and ends with savasana (relaxation). Those with medical conditions, please check with your physician if you have any concerns about attending yoga.
This class is small and intimate. It is limited to 6 participants total. 5 Weeks Aug. 4, 18; Sept. 8, 15, 22, 29 (No class Aug. 11, 25; Sept 1) Mondays, 6:30p-7:30p Price = $50.00
