What To Bring to Snowshoe Yoga
When deciding what to bring/wear to your Snowshoe Yoga class, first take into account the season and the weather in which you will be snowshoeing.
- Wear comfortable layers.
- Depending on the weather, you can wear winter boots, hiking boots, or running shoes; leggings and snow pants.
- Again, depending on the weather: hat, gloves/mittens, scarf, warm socks, winter jacket. I've even gone out in a warm sweater with a vest before.
- Poles (optional)
